During the ongoing proceedings before the Delhi High Court, the workers of INCAB filed an application and an individual affidavit pleading that Tata Steel should be directed to submit a revival scheme for the sick company. The request of workers was allowed and Tata Steel was directed by Delhi High Court to submit a proposal for revival of the sick company.
